AMENDED BURN BAN INFORMATION

On Jan 10, The Harris County Commissioners Court lifted all restrictions EXCEPT the restriction on burning of domestic waste at night. Stay with the fire at all times while it is burning.No building materials may be burned at any time. Check the weather forecast.DO NOT burn on fire weather watch,or "red flag warning" days. Burn only from sun-up to sun-down. Have water available to extinguish the fire. Consider your neighbors when burning. Be extremely careful.If you see an unattended fire, call 9-1-1 to notify your local fire department immediately. Even a small fire can spread quickly and threaten people and houses.
